Tour itinerary

Day 1: Arrival to Istanbul & Transfer to Hotel

Upon your arrival at Istanbul airport our transferman will be ready to meet and transfer you to your hotel. Time at leisure, stay overnight in Istanbul.

Day 2: Full Day City Tour / Byzantine & Ottoman Relics (B-L)

You will be picked up from your hotel lobby at 08:30 and you will have a full day city tour. (Topkapi Palace, St.Sophia, Lunch at a charming restaurant, Blue Mosque, Hippodromme, Grand Bazaar) Topkapi Palace: The former imperial residence from where the Great Ottoman Empire was ruled. Today a spectacular museum that has one of the largest collections of Chinese and Japanese porcelain and the very famous treasury of the Royal Family. St.Sophia: The magnificent Byzantine Church of all times; one of the finest and largest architectural works of art in the world. LUNCH: Full Course Deluxe Menu at a charming restaurant. Blue Mosque: One of the biggest mosques of Istanbul from 17th century architecture is one of the principal adornments on the skyline of Istanbul. Also famous for its blue tiles and 6 minarest. Hippodrome: The former center of sprotive and political activities of Constantinople. You will be able to see the Obelisk from Egypt, Serpentine Column from Delphi and fountain of Willhelm II. Grand Bazaar: In addition to its historical importance, it’s a bazaar that will tempt even nonshoppers with its rich collection of precious handmade carpets, jewellery, leather and souvenirs. After the tour you will be transferred to your Hotel. Overnight in Istanbul.

Day 3: Flight to Izmir / Ephesus Tour (B-L-D)

Pick up early from your hotel and and transfered to Ataturk domestic airport to check-in for your domestic flight to Izmir. At the Izmir airport a representative holding your name will be present to pick you up and transfer you to Ephesus where you will begin the tour. First you will visit The Temple of Artemis, which once was one of the Seven Wonders of the ancient world. Then you will visit the world famous ancient Greco-Roman City of Ephesus, the most well preserved example in the world. After visiting this impressive site, you will have a lunch break. After lunch, you will visit The House of Virgin Mary, where it is believed she spent her last days. This is a holy place for both Christians and Muslims. After the tour, you will be transferred to your hotel at around 18:00. Overnight in Kusadasi.

Day 4: Full Day City Tour / Pamukkale (B-L-D)

08:00 You will be picked up from your hotel for Full day tour of Pamukkale & Hierapolis. In Pamukkale, you will see the Cotton Cliffs, one of the natural wonders of the world formed by deposits of calcareous salts. Also visit the ancient ruins of the City of Hierapolis with its basilica , theatre and Roman Baths. After the tour, you will be transferred back to your hotel at around 18:00. Overnight in Kusadasi.

Day 5: Arrival to Istanbul / Departur (B)

Pick up from your hotel and transfer to A/P to take a flight to Istanbul. Tour ends upon arrival. (If you would like, you can extend your trip by adding extra nights in Istanbul; please advise).
